Mark Green has supported national abortion bans and voted against codifying Roe v. Wade. As a doctor, he previously refused to prescribe birth control, viewing it as abortion. He stated his support for protecting the life of the mother in medical emergencies, such as ectopic pregnancies, based on his experience as an ER physician.
